At Rooh Collective, we want you to cherish every piece you purchase; if your selection isn't quite right, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all artisan tags and sustainable packaging intact.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully fold the garments and place them back into the original Rooh Collective compostable mailer or a similar protective box to ensure safe transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
